RECIPE
45 ml Nito vermouth
45 ml Dry gin
15 ml Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
GARNISH
Small orange twist
1 or 2 green olives on a pick
METHOD
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with olives on a pick and an orange twist.
