90 ml Nito vermouth

1 splash soda water (optional - to open the aromas)

GARNISH

Orange wheel

Green olive (on a pick)

METHOD

Fill a short glass with ice. Pour in the vermouth. If desired, add a splash of soda water to lighten and refresh. Garnish with an orange wheel and a green olive on a pick.
